We are here to ease and accommodate your family member or yourself through this transition in life. We understand that this is a large decision and we are happy to answer any and all questions that you may have. It’s important when choosing alternate living arrangements to tour the home of interest. We are happy to have you visit and tour our home. Jacqueline House works with you and your loved one to ease the transition into an alternate living situation. You may ask yourself how you can help ease the transition, here are some ideas:
Bring your family member in for a tour and meet-and-greet with our staff.
Help your family member select items that are most important to them.
Try and get a head start and have their belongings settled a couple days prior to their move.
Prior to moving in, be encouraging and talk to them about the positives.
Schedule specific days and times to visit.
